Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Astral Mood. By registering for or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be over 18 and provide truthful, current and complete information when registering and using the app.

You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.

3. Nature of the service

Astral Mood offers entertainment and wellbeing content based on astrological information and on the user's interaction with the platform.

The content does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other regulated advice.

4. Code of conduct

The following is not allowed:

- Using the app for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith.
- Posting or sharing offensive, discriminatory or violent content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempting to access systems, accounts or data without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, abusive scraping or actions that compromise the security or availability of the service.

5. Account, suspension and closure

Astral Mood may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of a breach of these terms, fraud, abuse or risks to the security of the platform or third parties.

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Closing it does not automatically eliminate legal obligations previously incurred.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, brand, databases and content of Astral Mood are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. No assignment of rights is granted beyond a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these terms.

7. Service availability

Astral Mood strives to maintain a continuous service but does not guarantee absolute availability or the absence of errors. Reasonable updates, maintenance, changes or interruptions may take place for technical or security reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astral Mood will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the app, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in the foregoing limits the non-waivable rights of consumers and users recognized by applicable regulations.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Modifications

Astral Mood may modify these terms to adapt them to legal or functional changes of the service. We will publish the current version and indicate its update date.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European Union law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, unless consumer regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
